Investor Readiness Workshops

Do you hear the term “impact investing” and wonder what it means, or if you or your organization should be using this strategy? What are your investment beliefs? Do you know how your endowment or investment portfolio aligns with those beliefs?

If these questions interest you, we invite you to attend one of the Impact Finance Center’s Investor Readiness Workshops.

Investor Readiness equips investors to use their own investment values to guide both investment and philanthropic portfolios as a single capital investment pool. We will show how you can effectively manage risk, raise returns, and deliver more capital for the philanthropic endeavors you care about most.

This 8-hour immersive, hands-on workshop delivers the tools and techniques pioneered by the Impact Finance Center. Expert facilitated group collaboration and case studies show how these tools have been used to help investors take charge of their portfolios by:

  • creating investment beliefs statements;
  • applying environmental, social, and governance investment ratings;
  • tracing changes in portfolio performance to specific investment decisions.

Investors have identified up to 6% savings in management and fees, while creating innovative direct-investment opportunities and restructuring their philanthropic transactions. The end result — funders have the tools and confidence they need to shift their portfolios toward impact investing with confidence.

A limited number of scholarships are available for these workshops. Contact [email protected] for more details.
